1. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION

1.1 Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of payment, without giving a reason.

After 14 days:

iOS subscriptions: refunds are handled by Apple (via Apple ID)
Android subscriptions: refunds are handled by Google (via Google Play)

1.2 Refund procedure

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → NearGo → Report a Problem
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments → Subscriptions

2. COUPONS

2.1 Free coupon (for all users)

Claiming a coupon is free for the user (price €0.00), so no monetary refund is possible.
Before use: you can delete the coupon at any time in the app (My coupons → Delete).
After use or after expiration: the coupon is consumed or invalid.

2.2 Procedure

In the application: My coupons → Select → Request refund

3. PROMOTIONAL FREE TICKETS AND FREE EVENTS

Promotional tickets and admission to free events are free (price €0.00), so no monetary refund is possible. A free claimed ticket can be deleted at any time in the app before use.

NearGo does not carry out paid ticket sales. For external events (e.g. Ticketmaster), where the purchase takes place on an external page, refunds are handled by the relevant external provider in accordance with their terms; NearGo is not the seller and does not issue these refunds.

4. VENDOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

4.1 Monthly (Grow, Pro)

No refund after the start of the billing period
Cancellation possible before the next period

4.2 Annual (Grow, Pro)

14-day cooling-off period
No refund after 14 days
May be cancelled, but the amount paid for the unused period is not refunded

5. FEATURED BOOST

Before activation: refund within 24 hours
After activation: no refund (the service is being performed)
Technical errors on NearGo's side: refund + additional days of featured placement
